The Plant

After sending officers to the scene, where a young woman named Edith Hargrave is left behind by the suspects, detectives begin investigating the case. They learn that Edith was unwittingly with the suspects and seek to find out more about her companion, a man named Dick, and his associate, Nelly. Patrolman Weber and Detective Cassidy follow leads that take them through bars in the precinct, ultimately locating a tan Hudson car believed to belong to the suspects. However, an encounter with the robbers ensues, resulting in a firefight that tests their skills and resolve.
