With Molly urging him to find a job, Fibber heads to the Wistful Vista Employment Bureau, claiming all manner of outlandish experience—including training the mythical “Hound of the Baskervilles” as “Pettigree McGee.” Miscommunication leads him not to a dog kennel, but to the home of Mrs. Kuppenheim, who is looking for a tutor for her children—not a trainer for her nonexistent dogs.   The resulting confusion delivers a hilarious stream of canine-related advice, from checking cold noses to training pups not to bite, as McGee unknowingly attempts to tutor toddlers like terriers.
