Letter from Yesterday

In this episode of The Whistler, Arthur Wilson, a former convict, now living a double life under a new identity, is blackmailed by a butler named Jameson who knows his true past. Desperate to protect his daughter's happiness and impending marriage, Wilson attempts to obtain a letter from the Bureau of Identification that could reveal his secret. A struggle ensues, resulting in Jameson's accidental death. However, just as Wilson is arrested, he learns that his daughter has eloped and married her fiancé, bringing unexpected joy amidst the chaos.
