Determined Traveler

Clara Marshall, a fugitive wanted for fraudulent stock transactions, finds herself in Italy with wealthy traveler Harriet Wilson. Meeting Raymond Hungate leads Clara into a partnership involving valuable jewels, but when plans to exchange the jewels in Naples turn sour, Clara is suspected of murder. Her attempt to outsmart the police and betraying ex-lover Raymond backfires as her employer inadvertently tips off the police, leading to her arrest.
