The Doctor Prescribes Death

In this episode, Professor Arthur Rugby, a psychologist, shares a theory with his publisher, Mr. Hellman, that a person inclined towards suicide can be swayed to commit murder. After convincing a troubled woman named Gladys to kill Hellman, the professor's plan backfires when Gladys recognizes a snapshot of Hellman with the professor's wife. In a twist of events, the professor's obsession for scientific experimentation turns into a pursuit of revenge and ultimately leads to a tragic outcome.
