Witness at the Fountain

Randy Dean, a meticulous columnist, lives a carefully planned life which includes secret meetings with Mr. Broden, a man who blackmails him. Faced with the demand for more money, Randy decides to make the next meeting his last. After successfully carrying out the murder at the fountain in Jackson Park, Randy feels confident that there is no connection or motive that could implicate him. However, when the police quickly identify the killer using evidence from a park bench, Randy realizes the connection between the wet green paint on the bench and his own coat. As he is called to the police station, Randy must come to terms with the consequences of his meticulously planned crime.
