Incident at Chalk Point

At Chalk Point, a man from the sea claims to be the owner of Jaeger House, shocking Kay Fallon who has never seen him before. As strange occurrences unfold, Kay discovers a smuggling operation involving Mrs. Jaeger and her partner, Captain Norton. When Norton attempts to kill Kay, she is saved by Deputy Sheriff Jess Williams. The Whistler concludes with an interesting naval historical fact.
