The Temple of the Pharaohs

The tomb of Queen Batisha is desecrated, prompting a curse from the pharaoh Kolifar. In the year 3000 BC, Robert Wilson and Professor Sebastian, two astronauts, find themselves transported back in time after a malfunction in their spaceship, ES. They land in the Egyptian desert, where they discover they are chained and at the mercy of the locals. They impress Kolifar with their foreign identity, claiming to be messengers of the sun god Ra, and are welcomed into the pharaoh's palace. Chaos ensues as Kolifar reveals his son has been kidnapped, and the astronauts propose to use a device from their ship to amplify sound and locate the prince. They are led to the tomb where the child is hidden and, after a tense standoff, they retrieve him. They expose a traitorous vizier, Tukan, who is attempting to poison the pharaoh, and save Kolifar's life. In gratitude, Kolifar plans to erect the Sphinx in their likeness before they return to their time, concluding their unexpected journey through the past.
